Our Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made more than 7 days prior to your date of arrival. Any cancellation received after this time frame will be liable for the cost of the stay in full, although we will endeavour to re-book your room and should we be successful your deposit will be refunded.

Disability and Accessibility

6a is the perfect base for your stay in Scotland. Unfortunately our bedrooms are unsuitable for those who have difficulty with stairs.

We do not allow pets.

No Smoking

6a is smoke free... Smokers are welcome to use the smoking area in the garden.

Check in / check out

Checkout is by 10:30am and check-in is between 4pm - 6pm. If you are arriving outside these times please let us know.

Rooms should be left clean and tidy. We will make a charge for any damage.

The owners reserve the right to refuse any individual from entering the property.

The owners are not liable for any accident, loss or mishap to persons or property whilst on or using these premises.
